How can I change my room request to a camping plot?
Important notes before you proceed!
Cancelling your room request will remove it from the waiting list. Requesting a room again later means it will be added to the bottom of the waiting list.
We do not provide refunds on camping plots.
To change your room request to a camping plot, you will need to do the following:
Log into your account on the website and go to My Memberships (under the Membership menu).
In the Accomodation section, find your room request and click Edit Room Request.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Cancel Room Request button. You'll be taken back to your membership page.
Your accomodation can now be edited by clicking the Edit button, which opens the edit membership page. Scroll down to Booking a Place to Sleep and select "I want to camp at the Convention hotel" from the dropdown and click Save.
You will now have the option to Book a Plot.
(If you're camping with friends and want to add them to the booking, you'll need to ask them to delegate their accomodation arrangements to you.)
Enter your dates, pitch preferences and special requirements and click Save.
