Can I get a refund?
If you require a refund for a t-shirt or other physical item, please contact info@dwcon.org as per our Refunds Policy.
While Memberships, Camping Plots and Gala Tickets are non-refundable, these may be transferred to other Members provided notification of the change is made to info@dwcon.org at least 28 days prior to the Convention.
