I am disabled, can I get priority on a room at the main hotel?
We will endeavor to match requests from members with the appropriate room. This means that if you have specific requirements please book as early as possible, and let us know the exact details of what you need (space for a wheelchair, non-step access, short distance to Convention rooms, etc). Our Accessibility & Hotel Teams will then work with you to make sure you have a room which is suitable. Please note that the number of special access rooms is limited, so booking early is critical to ensure your needs are catered for. Requests made at very short notice or at the Convention itself may not be possible to fulfil, though we will try our best.
