What camping gear do I need to bring?
Bearing in mind that This Is England, you should be prepared for most eventualities. Snow may be unlikely, but it's a million to one chance and they happen nine times out of ten.
Make sure your tent is waterproof and capable of staying up in adverse conditions.
Please remember to bring, as there aren't any spares in Ops, at the bare minimum:
- A tent
- Guy ropes
- Pegs
- Hammer
- Tent poles (if applicable)
- Groundsheet (if applicable)
- Top sheet (if applicable)
For your personal comfort we recommend:
- A warm, dry sleeping bag
- Closing your tent when you leave it unattended, incase of sudden showers and possibly also bunnies.
