Do I need to attend the whole Convention?
Membership grants you access to all four days of the Convention, but it is certainly not compulsory for you to attend the entire event.
Registration usually closes partway through the Convention (exact times are dependent upon programme scheduling, which has yet to be finalised), but your Membership pack will be held safely in Ops for you to collect up until the Monday afternoon.
It’s also entirely up to you what time you arrive or depart.
The hotel booking system runs from the Thursday night to the Monday night, allowing for discounted room rates at both the Chesford Grange and Woodland Grange, and onsite camping at the Chesford Grange. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than this, you will need to arrange this with the hotel yourself, as the Convention rates will no longer apply.
Please also bear in mind that camping will not be available outside of the Convention dates themselves.
