How does the hotel reservation system work?
Once your membership is completed, you may add your details to the waiting list for a hotel room at either Chesford Grange or Woodland Grange. Should a suitable room become available, our Hotel Team will email you with details.
Joining the waiting list is not a guarantee of a room at either Convention Hotel. Most of our hotel rooms in both Chesford Grange and Woodland Grange have been allocated. You are responsible for making your own accommodation arrangements.
