What is considered when decisions on room allocation are made?
Priority to the main hotel will be given to those with an accessibility requirement which can be met by the main hotel.
A number of rooms in the main hotel will be set aside for single occupancy.
Remaining places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, based on time of request. The hotel Team are aiming to maximise the use of both hotels, so you may not be offered your first preference if it allows more people to occupy the hotel.
