What happens if I can no longer attend the Convention?
While Memberships are non-refundable, we are perfectly happy to accommodate transfers should you no longer be able to attend. Once we reach our Membership cap we operate a waiting list. If you need to transfer a Membership to someone else, please contact membership@dwcon.org and we will put you in touch with the person at the top of the list.
Room allocations within the Convention Hotel, Chesford Grange, and our partner hotel, Woodland Grange, are not linked to Membership purchases. If you are no longer able to attend, and will not need your room at either hotel, you should inform the Convention Committee via hotel@dwcon.org and they will reallocate the room through our reservation system.
