Why don't you accept PayPal?
Due to the way PayPal classifies our event, they reserve the right to hold all funds until after the Convention has taken place. As we are a not-for-profit event, we do not have the financial reserves to front all costs involved in organising the Convention ourselves. For this reason, we have decided to choose a payment provider who understand our situation and are willing to accommodate our approach in organising events. For merchandise, we will offer PayPal as a payment option, as the above restrictions do not apply in that situation.
