Refunds policy
Memberships, camping plots and gala dinner tickets are sold as non-refundable.
If a member discovers that they will be unable to attend, then they may transfer their membership and any camping plots or gala dinner tickets to another person, as long as Star Turtle Ltd are notified of all of the details so that we can ensure that the new member is properly registered.
There are no physical membership tickets so the only proof of membership is registration on our membership database. People receiving a camping plot from another member are responsible for ensuring their tent will fit within the pitch as purchased.
Membership, gala dinner and camping plot transfers are possible up to 28 days prior to the start date of the Convention.
As per the anti-harassment policy the Convention reserves the right to sanction or exclude members from the event at their discretion. If a member is banned from attendance before the Convention begins, their membership will be refunded in full.
Merchandise Refunds
If you need to return a t-shirt or other physical item purchased from us, please contact info@dwcon.org to let us know, and to obtain postage details. If you are not happy with your merchandise you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unworn and unwashed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Buyers will be responsible for postage paid on returns. Please do carefully check the size and shape of your return package, as some shapes may be cheaper than others, depending on your local postal service.
